Prequalification Certificate

<BLOCKQUOTE>This screen is part of the Contractor Services subsystem and displays the Prequalification Certificate for a given contractor. The Prequalificaiton Certificate screen provides a snapshot of data from the date of the certificate issuance. This point-in-time data includes the contractor's basic business partner information (name, address, etc.), work class codes, financial capacity, and other information including lines-of-credit, ability factor, dates of issue and effectiveness, as well as the reason for why the certificate was generated. (If it was system generated.) This screen also allows authorized Prequalification users to approve pending certificates. The Prequalification Office can then select the “public” reason as to why the certificate is being generated, as well as fill in the “private” comments and reasons for why the certificate is being generated. This screen can be accessed from the Contractor Screen via the certificate listing for a specified contractor. When a Prequalification Certificate expires a renewal email is sent to the contractor. The renewal email contains a link to download the Prequalification Application.
