Create New Phase

The Create New Phase function provides part of the Rail Freight Grant Application functionality and is accessed from the RFAP Grant Application function under the Rail Freight category on the navigation screen. This function enables the user to create a new phase for the Grant Application requests.

This function enables the user to create a new phase for the Grant Application requests.

The Create New Phase function can be accessed from RFAP Grant Application option on the navigation bar. Users with the ‘RFAdmin’ role can access the Create New Phase function.



Step-by-Step Instructions

User Action Result
Log into ECMS as a user with the ‘RFAdmin’ role. The ECMS welcome page appears with your user ID and the navigation bar on the left.
Select the Rail Freight menu item under the PENNDOT Systems subsection. The RFPW welcome page appears with your user ID and the navigation bar on the left.
Select the RFAP Grant Application under the Rail Freight Subsection menu. The RFAP Grant Application Home Page is displayed
Select the New Phase link. A new phase data entry screen appears. Enter the required data elements.
Click the Save Draft button. A message appears indicating the document was saved successfully.
Click OK. The RFAP Grant Application Home Page is displayed.
