<blockquote>
During the design phase of the project, this function can be accessed by members of the Design Project Team. By default, these checklist items are not included in the Bid Package or made part of the contract (i.e., it is a noncontractual item). This means that the checklist item can be modified during the advertisement period without the need for an addendum.
<p>The following standard checklist items are categorized as this type. They each require a PENNDOT Approval Date, an FHWA Submission Date, an FHWA Approval Date, and, if applicable, a Meeting Date, and a Meeting Minutes Submission Date. Each checklist item may also contain a link to an EDMS document(s).<br /></p>

Description
