The Contracts by Status list displays projects where the associated contract is in the contract review and execution process and allows users to view their work queue. The list is categorized by Contract Review Status. Within each category, listings are ordered by let date. The project number itself provides a link to the Contract screen for the corresponding project.
<p>This screen is accessed from the Contract Awards home page by clicking the Contracts by Status link. This list can be viewed by authorized users.</p>
<p><br /><em><strong>Note: </strong>Projects with a project type of &quot;Local Partial ECMS&quot; and &quot;Emergency Partial ECMS&quot; have the contract review and execution process performed off-line in hardcopy. These projects do not appear in the Contracts by Status list, nor do they have an electronic contract. Instead, the paper contract is scanned into EDMS and attached to the &quot;Contract&quot; checklist item on the Contract Awards screen.</em></p>

Description

The Contracts by Status list displays projects where the associated contract is in the contract review and execution process and allows users to view their work queue. Actions

Action Description
? (icon) When the user clicks this icon, they are taken to the screen's "Tell Me About" Help document, which provides a brief screen description, a definition of each field, and a definition of each 'action' (link, button, icon).
Up/Down Arrows (icon) When the user clicks the up arrow at the top left corner of the display, they are taken to the top of the screen view. When the user clicks the down arrow at the top left corner of the display, they are taken to the bottom of the screen view.
