This screen is part of the Electronic Bidding subsystem and allows users to view Previous Bid Package information&nbsp; including the Addenda, Advertised Bid Packages, Bid Package Comments, Bid Package Questions and Answers List, Bid Tabs, and Contractor Prequalification Evaluation Reports for a given project and bid package combination. Authorized users can choose any of the six screens from a drop-down list and then indicate the project/bid package by clicking on the project number link.&nbsp;
<p>The Previous Bid Packages list screen is accessed by selecting this search type from the eBidding Search screen.&nbsp; The Electronic Bidding Search screen is accessed by clicking the SEARCH button at the bottom of the Electronic Bidding Home Page. The Electronic Bidding Home Page is accessed from the ECMS navigation bar by selecting the Electronic Bidding option under Contractor Services.<br /><br />The Previous Bid Packages list can be accessed in its entirety by PENNDOT authorized users with appropriate security access.<br /></p>

Description

This screen is part of the Electronic Bidding subsystem and allows users to view Previous Bid Package information  including the Addenda, Advertised Bid Packages, Bid Package Comments, Bid Package Questions and Answers List, Bid Tabs, and Contractor Prequalification Evaluation Reports for a given project and bid package combination. Read Only

Indicates whether the bid package for the project was published.
Group ID
Editable - Optional

Indicates whether bids for the bid package/project were opened.
