| Up/Down Arrows (icon) |
When the user clicks the up arrow at the top left corner of the display, they are taken to the top of the screen view. When the user clicks the down arrow at the top left corner of the display, they are taken to the bottom of the screen view.
TIP: The function buttons such as BACK, EDIT, and SAVE are always located at the extreme bottom of the screen. Use the down arrow to quickly move to the buttons you need. |
| Select (unlabeled checkbox) |
When the user selects the FPN by clicking in the unlabeled checkbox to the left of the FPN and clicks the DELETE button, the FPN detail information is deleted from the project. This checkbox is only displayed in no items are linked to the FPN via the fund code. |
| FPN (link) |
When the user clicks the FPN hyperlink, they are taken to the Federal Estimate Construction Engineering Summary screen for the specified federal project number. |
| Fund Code (link) |
When the user clicks this hyperlink, they are taken to the Fund Description screen for the specified fund code. |
| Back (button) |
When the user clicks this button, they are returned to the previous screen in the browser history. |
| Add (button) |
When the user clicks this button, the screen Federal Construction Engineering Summary screen is displayed in create mode. The button is only displayed when the user has create authority. The security parameters controlling which users have create authority during various project statuses is described in the online User Dictionary. |
| Delete (button) |
When the user selects the FPN (using the unlabeled checkbox to the left of the FPN) and clicks this button, the FPN detail information is deleted. This checkbox is only displayed in no items are linked to the FPN via the fund code. |
| Go (button) |
When the user clicks this button, the destination screen they selected from the Go Links drop-down field is displayed. |
