Part B: Section A-3
PNDI-866238 was rerun on 6/16/2026. In addition to potential impacts to the NLEB, the project also now has potential impacts to the IBAT. The project info was entered into IPaC and the FHWA Determination Key was completed, which resulted in additional Avoidance and Minimization Measures (AMMs) and time-of-year restrictions for the project. Tree trimming/removal for the project is now limited to the Inactive Season of November 16th to March 31st.

 Upon reevaluation, as supported by the attached documentation, this project qualifies as a CE Level 1b.
