Package Document

This standalone reevaluation was created due to the project no longer qualifying for the BRPA due to LWCF impacts. The CE Expert System is unable to create a 1b reevaluation from a previously approved BRPA.

Part A: General Project Identification and Description

The project description was updated. Temporary access to install temporary underdeck shielding will occur on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail/North Shore Riverfront Park.

Part B: Section A-1

This project is currently in construction and the navigable water section was updated to reflect Coast Guard coordination occurring at the beginning of construction. Mitigation relating to this coordination was removed as part of this reevaluation.

Part B: Section A-2

The parks section was updated to reflect impacts to the Three Rivers Heritage Trail/North Shore Riverfront Park.

Part B: Section A-3

A new PNDI search and associated coordination was included.

Part B: Section A-4

This section was revisited based on the scope change and exempted accordingly.

Part B: Section A-5

A new Section 4(f) Document for the Three Rivers Heritage Trail/North Shore Riverfront Park was completed and included. Mitigation related to North Shore Riverfront Park/Three Rivers Heritage Trail was also included.

Part B: Section E

New mitigation related to the use of North Shore Riverfront Park/Three Rivers Heritage Trail from B:A-2 and B:A-5 is included in this section.

Upon reevaluation, as supported by the attached documentation, this project qualifies as a CE Level 1b.
