I-78 12M Emergency Detour Signal		05 / Berks0078 / ETSI-78 Emergency Detour Route Traffic Signal installation at the intersection of Old Route 22 (SR 4028) and SR 143. Light will flash red normally but will change to red-yellow-green operation during emergency closure and detour of I-78.
