The Federal Project Number (T111215) has been added (FPN created in Final Design).

Part A: General Project Identification and Description

The limits of work have been updated based on redesignated segments on SR 22 and SR 60. . The project description has been updated to modify construction of a retaining wall to a GRS Slope, to add proposed artistic elements and to add scope for the potential maintenance of the detour route(s). . The most recent Plan / Index Sheet has been attached.

Part B: Section A-3

Section updated to include an updated PNDI search which resulted in a seasonal tree cutting restriction. A mitigation item has been added for this new restriction and the remarks section has been updated to describe these updates.

Part B: Section A-7

The Right-of-Way section has been updated to show three (3) takes (originally one (1)). These are to accommodate the replacement of an existing sing structure and new drainage along SR 22 EB and to accommodate proposed highway lighting and new sign structure foundation along SR 60 SB.

Part B: Section E

The mitigation from Section B: A-3 (tree cutting restriction) has been transferred to the mitigation page.
