Package Document

The Solder and Sailors Bridge, MPMS#115617, has been completed and removed from this project package document list.

Part A: Engineering Information

The construction sequence was revised to show the construction of the State Street bridge over the Bayfront Parkway and associated east/west ramps to be constructed during Stage 2B while vehicular traffic along the Bayfront Parkway is detoured via 12th Street (SR0005).

Part A: Structure(s)

The Holland Street Pedestrian bridge information was added.

Part B: Section A-3

Due to elapsed time since prior PNDI search and slight modifications to project activities (additional bluff stabilization work -no increase in the project footprint), an updated PNDI search was conducted on 5/8/2025, which resulted in potential impacts. Involved agencies were contacted for further review and resulted in "no adverse impacts" response from all agencies (see attachments).

Part B: Section A-4

The cultural section was updated to included the adverse effect to the Erie Extension Canal including the signed Letter of Agreement for mitigation related to the adverse effect.

Part B: Section C

Public Involvement attachment revised to include summary of public outreach conducted in May 2025.

Part B: Section E

Mitigation for the adverse effect to the Erie Extension Canal was added.
