Part A: General Project Identification and Description
Addition of High Friction Surface Treatment to the near right turn lane on US 22

Part B: Section A-3
Revised the PNDI. PNDI was ran 09/19/24 for the project area and a Conservation Measure was received from the PA Game Commission which deferred to the USFWS. USFWS had No Impacts to federally listed or proposed species are anticipated. Therefore, no further consultation/coordination under the Endangered Species Act (87 Stat. 884, as amended; 16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq. is required.

Part B: Section A-4
Revised the Effects Findings. The District CRP reviewed the project and determined the addition of High Friction Surface Treatment to the near right turn lane on US 22 would not change the project APE that was established in the finding and would not affect any historic properties. Therefore, the project finding remains No Historic Properties. See attached correspondence from the District CRP.

Part B: Section E
