Updated construction plans have been attached. Limits of work, Construction Stations, and total length has been updated to match current construction plan.

Part A: Engineering Information
Estimated phase costs have been updated from MPMS. Updated Traffic Control Plan has been attached to the CE document. ADT has been updated. Local event information has been added.

Part A: Roadway(s)
Roadway description has been updated. Median width has been revised.

Part B: Section A-1
Wetland Methodology updated to reflect updated wetland reverification. Added updated NPDES approval information under Soil Erosion and Sedimentation section.
