Summary of Reevaluation Changes by Document

Part B: Section A-1

The waterways section was updated to include the refined permanent stream impact lengths and also to include mitigation for temporary impacts to the Unnamed Tributary to Raccoon Creek. The wetlands section was also updated to include the refined impact areas of Wetlands WL1 and WL2. Additionally, the wetland bank that has been utilized was entered and the design related mitigation to purchase wetland credits was removed due to this step already being completed.

Part B: Section A-2

The waste section was updated to discuss the Phase III Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) that was conducted in Final Design and associated findings. In addition, the design related mitigation item relating to conducting a Phase III ESA in Final Design was removed.

Part B: Section A-3

Section updated to include an updated PNDI search which resulted in a seasonal tree cutting restriction. A mitigation item has been added for this new restriction and the remarks section has been updated to describe these updates.

Part B: Section D

Updated to indicate an Individual NPDES Permit is required for the project (previously anticipated to be a General NPDES).

Part B: Section E

No changes were made directly to this page; however, changes to sections of this page were carried over from the respective changes to mitigation noted above.
