When the “Apply changes” button is clicked, any documents containing mapped MPMS data are overlaid with whatever is in MPMS.  If this data is overlaid, the document will now be marked as verification status of pending and will need to be verified again.  Previously the verification status was left alone regardless of MPMS data overlays.

In other words, in order to safeguard against blank fields from MPMS unknowingly replacing good, user-entered data, those select documents containing MPMS-defaulted data will now require re-verification after an Apply Changes.

After a package is generated, the Package Document smart logic has been modified to hide the "Save" button forcing users to use "Apply changes".  This should reduce the user confusion as to which button to hit first and assure the save button is not used before applying the changes to other documents.

There was a problem with the "check out all" functionality in some cases where the button was clicked twice before it could complete its function.  This has been fixed and the number of errors caused while checking out should be reduced.

The Notes on the EA Step 3, Part C form were updated to read: "If impacts are listed, or "YES" is recorded, an Impact Form (Form 3C) must be completed for each resource affected."

Packages were being created with district 99 from the MPMS data.  These packages were only accessible by the person who generated the package and no one else in the District.  District determination logic has been changed so that packages will no longer use "99" as a valid district and will pick up an appropriate district.  This should help with the package workflow for these packages.
