Approval notification for CE Level 2 and EA documents as well as all Re-evaluations has been modified so that a notification is sent to all reviewers and the original submitter. Previously, notification had been sent only to the original reviewer for these types of documents.

A “Part A Prepared By:” field has been added to the beginning of Part A (A:Gen). This will require the preparer to fill in their name to indicate who has completed Part A. This change will apply only to packages generated after the October 27 release.

On the B:A-4 Cultural Resources section, if Stipulation C is answered “Yes”, the Stipulation D question defaults to “No”. The reverse is also true. If Stipulation D is answered “Yes”, Stipulation C defaults to “No”. These two questions are mutually exclusive.

The system “ADMIN” role has been given the ability to delete packages that are past Preparation status. The designated “delete authorities” are Charlie Campbell and Rich McQuown (alternate). Approved packages cannot be deleted.

The B:A-3 Threatened & Endangered Plants and Animals section has been changed to allow a “No Coordination Needed” choice along with the current “Present” and “Not Present” choices. The supporting documentation area now remains visible for both the “Present” and “Not Present” selections, but not for “No Coordination Needed”. Previously, the documentation list remained visible only when “Present” was selected. If “Present” or “Not Present” are selected, lack of noted documentation will result in an error. This change will apply only to packages generated after the October 27 release.
