|
When first created, all packages have this status. Documents are "in progress" and considered drafts.

Review
|
PennDOT will submit the completed package, initiating the review process. The System will place the package into this status, which indicates that the documents are complete and eligible for approval. The package will remain in this status throughout the review process until the final approval or a revision request.

|
On-Hold
|
A reviewer requests a revision, and a package enters on-hold status. On-hold packages awaiting revision and are no longer reviewable.
|
|
Revision
|
If approval depends on a change to the data, PennDOT will initiate the modification and place the package into this status. Documents are not reviewable while in Revision.
|
|
Approved
|
This status indicates that all involved parties, including the final authority in the approval workflow, have approved the package. Approved packages are accessible by the general public in the archives.
