The "Click here to refresh forms included with submission" link appears in the Document Messages section of the Package Document if documents within a package no longer contain the most recent versions of the forms (due to form changes performed in a release). Clicking this link will upgrade the forms for offending documents and reset their verification to "Pending". Refer to specific release notes to see what information has changed on a given form.
The Document Messages section will list documents included for submission that need to be updated to the new form version. It should be noted that this list will only appear for packages that are in "Preparation" status. You will not be able to submit the package until it is refreshed to use the most recent form versions. However, if a package is submitted prior to a release that contains upgraded forms, the list and this link will not appear, even when the package is in "Revision" status. This means you will not be able to refresh forms to a more recent version once documents have been submitted.
Using the Refresh Forms Link
- Check out the Package Document and put it in edit mode.
- Single-click the "Click here to refresh forms included with submission" link.
- When the system is done refreshing forms, you'll be presented with an Alert box that lists the affected documents.
- Click OK.
- Check in the Package Document.
- Check out, edit and re-verify documents that have been updated.
