The system contains two 'Print' capabilities for both approved documents and documents in preparation.  Both options remove the header and action buttons when printing, to provide a more professional looking document.

• The Print function allows the user to print a specific page/form or the entire package, but will not print attachments.  Attachments must be printed separately by opening each attachment or through the Create PDF process.

• The Create PDF button will print the document, including attachments (if selected), to a PDF.  The user can download the file or click the link to open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
